Exercise for the Brain?

Exercise helps improve and maintain brain power!

Exercise benefits brain function
Regular Exercise improves Brain Health by:

     •  Increasing brain blood supply

     •  Enhancing communication between nerves

     •  Preventing depression and lifting your mood

     •  Helping to promote memory and learning
        along with brain density

Regular Exercise can also promote health during aging by preventing high blood pressure and blood sugar levels, while reducing heart, brain and blood vessel diseases.

150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise is recommended per week. That's only 2 hours and 30 minutes a week.

Do you brain some good!  Get out there and exercise.
