Plyometrics - A Big Word for Fantastic Training

Increase Strength, Stamina and Speed with Plyos


Plyometrics or Jump Training, are explosive exercises that target fast twitch muscle fibers. The workouts are centered by having muscles exert maximum force in a short time.

The exercises are great for:

     •  Greater Strength
     •  Increasing Speed
     •  Enhanced Stamina
     •  Weight Loss

Plyometrics improve the functions of the muscles, tendons and nerves so that you can run faster, jump higher and hit harder.
