We all have great memories as kids of jump rope contests, watching the boxers in movies and of course all those great double jump tricks. Jumping rope is more than just a fun way to pass the time, it is an effective and practical part of your fitness program.

Why Jump Rope?

Jumping rope is one of the best exercises around. Ropes are affordable and are easy to stuff into your bag for a quick workout almost anywhere. So become a kid again and try jumping singles, double-unders or even figure 8's. You may even find yourself singing an old jumping tune while getting stronger.
