Summer is Coming, Get those Abs Ready

Summer? Isn't it Just February?

It may seem too early to start thinking about that perfect swimsuit body, especially since we are still enjoying the great snow and the wonderful feeling of winter sweaters. However, before you know it the weather will warm up and we'll be trading out boards and skis for spring and summer apparel. Obviously our focus is more on living a healthy lifestyle than our shape, but it always feels nice to walk past the mirror and smile.

Most of us get tired of crunches, planks and sit-ups. Our personal trainers recommend variety to keep you workout more fun as well as to challenge you muscles in a new way. Try this exercise to get your core beach ready.

A Great Core Exercise

Try this out on abs day and you'll love the results. The best part is all you need is a pull-up bar and a little room. Start by hanging on the bar and raise your toes to the bar keeping your legs as straight as possible. Do 3-4 sets of 10 reps each.
